Driver doing 145 in a 65 in Newport News charged by police

NEWPORT NEWS, VA – Virginia State Police caught a driver going 145 miles per hour through the city of Newport News, in a 65 miles per hour zone on Interstate 65.   The driver was issued a summons for speeding and reckless driving.
