PORTLAND, OR – Nobody is safe anymore in crime-ridden Portland where city officials launched calls to “defund” the police here this past summer.  On Tuesday, December 14, 2020, at about 1:30 p.m., a kindergarten teacher was delivering supplies to students in the 5900 block of Northeast Wygant Street when she was carjacked at gunpoint by two suspects. The suspects approached her car door, opened it, pointed a firearm at her, and demanded the car.

The teacher fled the vehicle and the suspects drove away. The suspects were described as two black males in their late teens to early 20s.

The vehicle is a black 2018 Honda Accord with Oregon plate 328KZK.
