Man who shot three, killed one at Cole Park Amphitheatre arrested

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – On Saturday December 19th at 1:21 am Officers were dispatched to the 1500 Block of Ocean Drive at the Cole Park Amphitheatre for shots fired.

When the officers arrived, they found that 3 adult individuals had been shot. A 36-year-old female sustained serious injuries, 37-year-old male sustained non-life-threatening injuries, and a 58-year-old male was deceased.

Homicide Detectives responded to the scene, began to investigate, and were quickly able to identify the offender as 21-year-old Jimmie Williams. The Gang Unit began to search the city, located Jimmie Williams and place him into custody. Jimmie Williams bond was set at $1,000,000.00 for Murder and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
