Watch: Restaurant Owner Shows How Absurd Outdoor Dining Is In Winter

ASTORIA, NY – Rocco, the owner of Trattoria L’incontro in Astoria and New York showed how absurd the city’s continued outdoor dining only mandate against small businesses really is.  He took a table outside during this week’s snowstorm while his business is getting crushed by the Cuomo and DeBlasio administrations.
