Watch: Police jump into freezing cold water to rescue mother, daughter from attempted murder suicide

BALTIMORE, MD – A mother who was in distress attempted to commit suicide and drown her child, but Baltimore police were notified and jumped into the frigid water and saved the lives of both mother and daughter.
