TOMS RIVER, NJ –  During the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our readers have inquired about how to watch the Toms River Township Council meeting videos? It’s understandably not straightforward on the township’s website, but nevertheless, an important service provided by the Township of Toms River. Videos for the Toms River Township Council twice-monthly meetings are posted live as they happen, typically on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.  You can watch the video live on your desktop computer, mobile phone or tablet device as it happens.

Usually within 24 to 48 hours, in most cases, the township IT department archives the video for viewing by the public in its archive.  In that archive, you can also watch past meetings dating all the way back to 2011.

During COVID-19, there were times when the township council of Toms River used video teleconference software.  Those meetings are archived by the township on YouTube between the dates of March 31, 2020 and July 1, 2020. You can view those COVID-19 remote meetings on YouTube.
