Police investigating shooting at California Walmart

TULARE, CA –  Police in Tulare are investigating a shots fired incident in the parking lot of Walmart.    On Thursday, just after 9:00 p.m., the Tulare Police Department received several calls of a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Walmart. As a precaution, the parking lot and interior of the business was searched for any possible suspects. At this time, there have been no injuries reported.
“There was a lot of information circulating on social media that was incorrect. Again, this incident occurred in the parking lot and no injuries have been reported,”  the Tulare Police Department reported.  “The investigation is still ongoing and we ask anyone with information to contact the Tulare Police Department at (559)686-3454.”
