AVON PARK, FL – Jacob Waldron Graham, 28, of 4717 Shad Drive in Avon Park, was initially arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with four counts of transmitting information harmful to minors, one count of use of a two-way device to facilitate a felony and one count of possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon.

On Jan. 13, he was arrested again on additional charges related to the same investigation, which came to light after detectives got a search warrant for his phone. The new charges are four counts of transmitting information harmful to minors, four counts of using a computer to lure a child, one count of unlawful sexual activity with a victim age 16-17.

Today, he was arrested for a third time and charged with sexual battery on a victim ages 16-17 by a person age 24 or older after even more evidence turned up.

The investigation began with a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Detectives with the Special Victims Unit obtained numerous search warrants for Graham’s online profiles, which is where the evidence for the initial charges was obtained.

Detectives believe Graham may have even more victims. If you have any information, please contact Sgt. Steven Ritenour at 863-402-7357 or email detectives@highlandssheriff.org.  Note: Not all arrests result in convictions. Everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
