Man shot at New Jersey truck stop, state police investigating

UNION TOWNSHIP, NJ – The New Jersey State Police are investigating a shooting that seriously injured a male victim earlier this afternoon.At 12:37 p.m., troopers from Troop “B” Perryville Station responded to the report of a shooting at the Pilot Travel Center in Union Township, Hunterdon County. One male suspect is currently in custody. The male victim was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries. Detectives are not seeking any additional suspects. This incident remains under investigation, and there is no additional information available at this time.
