Ocean City Police Searching for Man Wanted for Allegedly Luring Young Girl

OCEAN CITY, NJ – The Ocean City Police Department is searching for a suspect that has been accused of attempting to lure a young girl in the city.  The Ocean City Police Department Detective Bureau is continuing to investigate an assault and luring that  occurred in September at 11:45 a.m., in the area of 18th Street and Central Avenue.

In addition to the assault, the suspect attempted to lure the girl.

The suspect in the photo above is now wanted by police in relation to the investigation. The suspect is a white male, approximately 50 – 60 years old, approximately 6′ tall and 230 pounds. The suspect is operating a newer model, black colored Jeep Grand Cherokee, bearing an unknown Pennsylvania license plate. THE VEHICLE HAS DARK FRONT AND REAR WINDOW TINT.
