BALTIMORE, MD – On January 31, 2021, at approximately 1:33 a.m., 39-year-old Davon Ferguson was arrested at a home in the 1600 block of Ellamont Street. Ferguson was wanted for a 1st Degree Rape and a 1st Degree Attempted Rape, both of which occurred on January 26th in the downtown area. Police were alerted to Ferguson’s whereabouts when we received an anonymous tip and are grateful to the person who came forward.
