6-Year-Old girl walks away from second story fall in Toms River

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River Police Department today issued a press release regarding a six-year-old-girl who fell out of a second floor window in her home Monday evening.

On Monday, February 8, 2021, at approximately 4:15 PM, police units responded to Hazelwood Road for reports of a 6 year old girl who accidentally fell from the second-story window of her home. After the fall, she was alert and conscious. She walked to the front door to seek help from her mother. As a precaution, and due to the nature of the incident, she was transported via ambulance to Jersey Shore Medical Center by hospital paramedics and EMS,” the press release stated.
