LANSING, MI – Austin Chenge, a Republican candidate for Governor in Michigan is an African American who wants to abolish Black History Month, calling it unfair and offensive. What he wants to do instead is rename it to “American History Month”.

“I will cancel #BlackHistoryMonth in #Michigan. It’s offensive, unfair, maybe illegal… Americans from all backgrounds deserve a revered history. I’ll declare American History Month. Austin Chenge, #Veteran & First #Republican Gov #Candidate for MI. Visit,” Chenge said.

Leftists in the U.S. Government objected to Chenge’s message.
