Four Shot, one Dead in Baltimore Shootings on Monday

BALTIMORE, MD – Four people were shot and one killed on Monday in Baltimore.

Baltimore police reported that at  8:41 p.m., officers responded to the 5500 block of Summerfield Avenue in the Northeast District for a shooting.

“Upon arrival, officers located an adult male and an adult female who were suffering from gunshot wounds,” the Baltimore Police said. “Both were transported to area hospitals and their conditions are unknown at this time.”


At 4:36 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to West 33rd Street at Remington Avenue for a report of a shooting. Once at the location, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent non- life threatening gunshot wound.  The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

At 4:04 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the 300 block of Lyndhurst Avenue for a report of a shooting. Once at the location, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died.

On February 8, 2021 at approximately 10:17 p.m., officers responded to a home in the 900 block of E. Jeffrey Street for a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.  The victim was transported to an area hospital where his condition is currently unknown. Southern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident. Three unknown males who were wearing dark clothing and hoodies are suspected to be responsible for this shooting.
