Suspect arrested with help of police K-9

KERSHAW COUNTY, SC – Yesterday morning, Kershaw County deputies responded to an armed robbery of an individual at an apartment complex in Lugoff.

Several deputies and K9 units arrived in the area moments after the call was received. Deputies were able to identify and stop the suspect vehicle.

The suspect ran away and was arrested after a foot pursuit. He threw down some firearms during the chase but they were all located by KCSO K9 Nero shortly after. No injuries were sustained by anyone involved.

KCSO investigators were able to link the suspect to at least two other armed robberies of other individuals the same day.


Seantrell Davis-Warren (17) is currently in custody at the Kershaw County Detention Center. He is being held for the following charges: 3 counts of armed robbery, 3 counts of kidnapping, 3 counts of possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, burglary 1st, unlawful carry of a firearm, possession of Xanax, and other charges are pending.
