She thought the police were harassing her boyfriend, then this happened

TOLEDO, OH – A couple in a Toledo mall were being followed by police officers after making a purchase.  After some questioning, thinking things were going south, police then made the man get down on a knee and then, this happened.  The man and woman’s life forever changed after that interaction with the police department.
