Armed gunman robs Staten Island Hilton Gardens Hotel

STATEN ISLAND, NY – An armed gunman and an accomplice robbed the Staten Island Hilton Gardens Hotel at gunpoint on Monday and police are searching for the suspects.

The gunman entered the lobby and headed toward the front desk. He then went behind the desk and pointed a gun at the hotel concierge, making the concierge empty the cash drawer. The gunman and his accomplice then exited the building in a white SUV.

The gunman was wearing what appears to be a green bomber jacket and appears to a be a white male, short in stature and slightly overweight.
