WASHINGTON, D.C. – While life inside the compound within the U.S. Capitol Border Wall, a cornerstone of the administration of President Joe Biden is safe and comfortable, life outside the wall is anything but safe. In the past week, the nation’s capitol has been rocked by violence, murders, car jackings and armed robberies.

The violence culminated with a deadly second attack on the nation’s capitol, when a radicalized African American terrorist drove his car through a security checkpoint and killed a U.S. Capitol police officer.

The violence seemingly began earlier in the week when two teenage girls hijacked and murdered an Uber drive outside the Washington National’s baseball stadium.

Here are 10 violent crimes that have rocked the nation’s capitol in the past 7 days.

Radicalized black activist killed cop in D.C. border wall attack

WASHINGTON, D.C. – A African American man from Indiana and a devout follower of Louis Farrakhan and a self-described member of the Nation of Islam crashed his vehicle into the U.S. Capitol border wall, killing one Capitol police officer and injuring another. Noah R. Green, 25, was shot and killed by nearby Capitol Police officers after the attack.
