Radicalized African American terrorist killed cop in D.C. border wall attack

WASHINGTON, D.C. – An African American man from Indiana and a devout follower of Louis Farrakhan and a self-described member of the Nation of Islam crashed his vehicle into the U.S. Capitol border wall, killing one Capitol police officer and injuring another.

Noah R. Green, 25, was shot and killed by nearby Capitol Police officers after the attack. Green, in December 2020, petitioned to change his name to Noah Zaeem Muhammad, but failed to show up at Tuesday’s hearing in Indianapolis.

Green is being described as a member of the Nation of Islam, identified as a terrorist organization by the United States government.

Killed in Green’s anti-government, anti-law-enforcement terrorist attack against the U.S. Capitol was Capitol Police Officer WIlliam ‘Bill’ Evans.

U.S. Capitol Police Officer William ‘Billy’ Evans killed by member of the Nation of Islam in Capitol Border Wall attack.

“It is with profound sadness that I share the news of the passing of Officer William ‘Billy’ Evans this afternoon from injuries he sustained following an attack at the North Barricade by a lone assailant,” the U.S. Capitol Police Department said in a release. “Officer Evans had been a member of the United States Capitol Police for 18 years. He began his USCP service on March 7, 2003, and was a member of the Capitol Division’s First Responder’s Unit. Please keep Officer Evans and his family in your thoughts and prayers.”

“On March 17, he posted a photo of a donation he had made to the Norfolk, Va., chapter of the Nation of Islam, along with a video of a Farrakhan speech titled “The Divine Destruction of America,” the New York Times reported from his Facebook page which has since been hidden by the social media giant.

Green drove through an opening in Joe Biden’s Capitol Border Wall, erected in January and rammed into a traffic barrier inside the barbed wired confines of the U.S. Capitol safety zone. After running over Evans, he was shot and killed after his vehicle crashed into a pop-up metal security barrier.

Recently, Green had become radicalized to the teachings of Louis Farrakhan. Green believed the government and law enforcement were to blame for his declining mental health and life status. He ended many of his last Facebook posts, describing himself as Brother Noah X.

Green’s last post on Facebook was a video of Nation of Islam leader Elijah Muhammad saying the video was, “a divine warning to us all during these last days of our world as we know it.”
