BALTIMORE, MD – On April 4, 2021, at approximately 4:24 p.m., Western District officers were patrolling the 2400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue when they heard gunshots coming from the corner of Cumberland Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. Once at the location, officers located a black male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds
.Medics transported the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.
