Ashland man wins $30,000 a year for 10 years

ASHLAND, OH – Jeremy Huff of Ashland has won the $300,000 top prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $5 scratch-off, Decade of Dollars. The top prize is an annuity, paid as $30,000 a year for 10 years.
