Biden: No amendment to the Constitution is absolute. Here are 5 the Democrats have already trashed

Shore News Network

It’s a scary time in America when a sitting President goes on national television to declare that no amendment to the U.S. Constitution is absolute.

When he said ‘no amendment’, we’re pretty sure he meant all 27 of them.

“No amendment, no amendment to the Constitution is absolute,” Biden said. “You can’t yell ‘fire’ in a crowded movie theater — recall a freedom of speech. From the very beginning, you couldn’t own any weapon you wanted to own. From the very beginning that the Second Amendment existed, certain people weren’t allowed to have weapons.”

While he was attacking the Second Amendment to facilitate his latest gun grab, here’s a few Constitutional amendments our sitting president says are not absolute.

1st: Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press.

We’ve already seen the left’s assault on all three of these and it’s quite clear, the left does not feel the 1st Amendment is absolute in any way, shape or form.

2nd: The right to keep and bear arms

We have very clear picture of the left’s assault on the Second Amendment as they have made it publicly known they would abolish the whole thing today if they knew they could.

3rd: Restricts quartering of troops in private homes

The way they treat our troops, we know they would rather throw them in parking garages, so we may be safe on this one.

4th: Unreasonable search and seizures

As corruption the FBI and Department of Justice runs rampant with illegal wire taps, spying on candidates without probably cause, the 4th Amendment under Joe Biden has already been desecrated.

6th: Public trial by jury

The Democrats have shown they prefer trial by media, Twitter and Facebook. They don’t believe the accusers have the right to be confronted and they would prefer that all trials take place in a public setting they can control and manipulate.
