SEBASTIAN, FL – A woman has been arrested, and her child removed after mom’s suspected drug use in hospital parking lot.

A Sebastian woman was arrested on drug-related and child neglect charges after she was found passed out from apparent drug use in her car parked in a hospital parking lot while her toddler son slept on the floorboard.
