Police searching for man who broke into Wedgewood Middle School

COLUMBUS, OH – Police aren’t exactly sure why, or what he was looking for, but now they are looking for him. A man broke into Wedgewood Middle School late one night and tried getting into offices and attempted to open student lockers.

Perhaps he knows something we don’t, and that all the valuables in Columbus are stored inside middle school student lockers and teachers lounges? Maybe he was having some sort of drug-induced flashback? We don’t have the answers yet.

On April 10, 2021, at 9pm, this suspect broke into Wedgewood Middle School at 3800 Briggs Road. He tried getting into offices and lockers and eventually left the building. He was topless with shorts.
