The Meadowlands “mega vaccination site” administered 500,000 doses alone in one day this week, Murphy said.


The governor also said the restart of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine will help the state reach its vaccination goal.

“The resumption of the use of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine following a rigorous scientific review of a rare blood clot. With that, we once again have all three tools back in our toolbox,” Murphy said. “So our confidence levels were restored by that announcement. And we are seeing as well, all the right trends emerging from our hospitals.”
