WILDWOOD, FL – A very hangry woman was arrested and charged after taking things way too far at a Wildwood, Florida Burger King on April 30th. Police say Judith Ann Black, 77, was arrested after throwing her burger back at a black employee after the burger wasn’t made to her perfection.

She took things one step further and called the black female worker at the restaurant drive-thru window a “black n-tch” and then raised the stakes, calling her the n-word.

“As the victim turned around, Mrs. Black proceeded to throw the Whopper at her, striking her in the back, just below the neck against her will,” the police report obtained by the Smoking Gun read. “Mrs. Black then walked out to her vehicle, followed by her husband, and left.”

Police say eye witness accounts and video surveillance footage backed up the victim’s claim and Black was charged with battery. The charge was escalated to a third degree felony due to her racial implication. She was released on a $2,000 bond.
