On Sunday, it was announced Medina Spirit, the horse that won this year’s Kentucky Derby had failed a post-race drug test. Now, the horse’s victory is not only in serious peril, Hall of Fame trainer Bob Baffert was banned at Churchill Downs.

“I got some horrible news, we’ve just been served by the Kentucky race commission for testing positive for 21 picograms of betamethasone,” Baffert said, claiming his innocence, saying it was an injustice to the horse.

This is the second time a horse owned by Baffert was found to have the drug in its system. Former President Trump took no time to pounce.

“So now even our Kentucky Derby winner, Medina Spirit, is a junky. This is emblematic of what is happening to our Country. The whole world is laughing at us,” former President Trump said.
