A foster fail again. A man went to the shelter to check on fostering a dog left at the shelter. His owners said they couldn’t take his behavior anymore. He tested the dog by rolling on the floor with him, giving him kisses, carrying him around, and introducing him to his pack of dogs. All of his behaviors were perfect.
