Trump says Joe Biden being unfairly compared to Jimmy Carter

WASHINGTON, DC – The 70s are back in America. Israel and Palestinians are on the verge of war. Russia is once again America’s key adversary and long lines at gas stations across America bring back images of the 1970’s gas shortage. All President Joe Biden needs to complete the set is a foreign hostage crisis.

For all of that, Biden is being compared to former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, typically seen as one of the most ineffective presidents in the country’s modern history.

Former President Trump today said that comparison is not fair to the President…Carter that it is.

“I see that everybody is comparing Joe Biden to Jimmy Carter. It would seem to me that is very unfair to Jimmy Carter. Jimmy mishandled crisis after crisis, but Biden has CREATED crisis after crisis,” Trump said. “First there was the Biden Border Crisis (that he refuses to call a Crisis), then the Biden Economic Crisis, then the Biden Israel Crisis, and now the Biden Gas Crisis.”

Trump went further to suggest that Biden will be used at the comparison for future bad Presidents, removing Carter from the role he has held since 1980.

“Joe Biden has had the worst start of any president in United States history, and someday, they will compare future disasters to the Biden Administration—but no, Jimmy was better,” Trump said.

Trump also criticized the media for being soft on the Biden crisis.

“If there were long and horrible gas lines like this under President Trump, the Fake News would make it a national outrage! Did Joe Biden put Hunter in charge of our energy, with all of his Burisma experience? Even Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm is lost,” Trump said.
