Texas Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne got more than he bargained for, along with other members of Congress when Democrat New Jersey Congressman Donald Payne stood up mid-meeting and flashed his oversized belly and boxer shorts at the other women on the call.
Not like it was bad enough that Payne, a former Newark City Councilman showed up for the meeting wearing a Captain America shirt in his bedroom, with his unmade bed in the background, but during the meeting, he stood up, exposing his busting belly and his boxer shorts for all to see.
