Waitress abducted at New Jersey restaurant after being stiffed by diners

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – A waitress at the Nifty Fifties diner in Washington Township was abducted Saturday night after trying to stop a table who stiffed her on a $70 dinner bill.

Washington Township police said the waitress attempted to stop them and she was grabbed and brought into the suspects’ vehicle. She was assaulted and left on the side of the road on State Highway 42 police said. Now. police are using surveillance video to try to identify the diners responsible for her abduction and assault.

Accused white Dodge Durango was last seen traveling South Bound on SH42 towards Monroe Township.
