The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the individuals, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into a shooting incident, that occurred on Sunday, July 4th, 2021, at about 10:40 PM, in the 100 block of N. 60th Street.

Four (4) individuals, all armed with semi-automatic handguns, two of which had blue lasers attached, are observed firing numerous gunshots at a group of people attending a barbeque in front of a business in the block.

A twenty-one-year-old male and a twenty-three-year-old male were fatally shot during the incident, while two female victims sustained non-life-threatening injuries during the shooting.

The four suspects arrived at that location in a dark grey colored sedan, possibly a Nissan with dark tinted windows, travelling northbound on S. 60th Street, turning onto Walnut, and parking just west of the intersection.

After the shooting, the four suspects re-enter the vehicle, which is last observed driving westbound on Walnut Street towards 61st Street.

After the initial shooting, several individuals return fire at the four suspects, as they are fleeing.

A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction for every homicide.
