Fugitive Juan Bravo charged for murder of Jorge Saenz

DALLAS, TX – On Wednesday, July 21, 2021, suspect Juan Antonio Bravo, a 28-year old Latin male, was arrested for the murder of Jorge Armando Saenz which occurred in Dallas on June 19, 2020.  Suspect Bravo is currently in the Lee County Sheriff’s Jail awaiting his extradition.

On June 19, 2020, at approximately 10:36 pm, a group of females was having a disturbance in the parking lot of the Tepatitilan Restaurant. Two Latin females were fighting when a Latin male wearing a black shirt struck one of the females.

The victim then intervened in an attempt to break up the fight and was shot one time by an unknown Latin male wearing a Texas Rangers jersey with the name Andrus on the back. After being shot, the victim, who has yet to be identified ran for a short distance and collapsed in the 500 block of Hollywood. Dallas Fire Rescue responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. The unidentified victim did not have an ID card on his person, therefore the Dallas County Medical Examiner will work on identifying him through fingerprint analysis.
