Dallas police searching for deadly hit and run crash suspects

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved in a fatal “Hit and Run” accident. On July 11, 2021, at approximately 2:41 a.m., the suspect vehicle was involved in a deadly accident in which one person died and several others were injured in the 900 block of Botham Jean Boulevard and Canton Street. 

The suspect was driving a black Chevrolet Silverado Z71 pick-up truck with large black rims and a lift kit. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about 5’07”, early 20’s, slim build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark-colored jeans. A female occupant in the suspect vehicle was wearing a tie-dye strapless dress. Another Hispanic male occupant in the suspect vehicle was wearing dark-colored clothes.

The suspect and occupants fled on foot from the crash location. The suspect and suspect vehicle was possibly involved in an unrelated disturbance and/or minor accident prior to this offense.
