Boynton beach Asian spa therapist charged for sexual battery

BOYNTON BEACH, FL – Boynton Beach Police have arrested a massage therapist who is alleged to have sexually battered a customer at Bao Foot Spa this afternoon. Qui Vanh Voong, 51, of Boynton Beach is charged with sexual battery on a person 18 years of age or older. He goes by the name Juan at the spa, which is located at 1313 W. Boynton Beach Blvd .Detectives are investigating other allegations of Voong inappropriately touching clients in a sexual manner, and believe there may be additional victims.
