Woman found shot dead on South End street

BOSTON, MA – At about 9:30 PM on Friday, August 6, 2021, officers assigned to District D-4 (South End) responded to a call for a person shot in the area of 162 West Concord Street in the South End.

On arrival, officers located an adult female victim suffering an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was later pronounced deceased on scene.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding this incident and is asking anyone with information relative to this investigation to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at (617) 343-4470.
