Cleveland man wins $20,000 on lottery scratch-off ticket

CLEVELAND – Marc Wilkinson, Cleveland, won $20,000 on the Ohio Lottery’s $10 Ohio Millions (591) scratch-off. After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, Wilkinson will receive $14,400. The ticket was purchased at JACK Cleveland Casino, Cleveland.
