Frederick Police Department arrests woman for Rape of 14-year-old Boy

FREDERICK, MARYLAND – On July 2, 2021, The Frederick Police Department was contacted by a local doctor’s office about a possible sexual relationship involving a 14-year-old juvenile male and an adult female. An FPD detective began an investigation to determine the nature of the complaint.

Through the investigation, the detective determined over the course of the last year, a 43-year-old female had intercourse with the 14-year-old juvenile on several occasions. FPD identified the suspect identified as Evelyn Gomez Gutierrez (DOB June 25, 1978). Due to the age of the victim, a warrant was issued for Ms. Gutierrez’s arrest. The suspect was charged with two counts of Second-Degree Rape and two counts of Third-Degree Sex Offense.

On Aug. 17, 2021, Evelyn Gomez Gutierrez was placed under arrest and transported to the Frederick County Adult Center for processing.
