Victim shot during argument on Pulaski Highway

BALTIMORE, MD – On August 22, 2021, at approximately 8:49 p.m., Southern District patrol officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway for a shooting investigation.

Once at the location, officers located a 21- year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the shoulder. The victim was transported to an area hospital and is listed in stable condition. A preliminary investigation revealed that the victim had a physical altercation with the suspect, who then brandished a firearm and then shot the victim.
