TULSA, OK – On Monday at around 10:15 p.m., officers responded to a head-on collision between two cars on Highway 169 in the southbound lanes near 91st St. Traffic investigators learned Kristin Hussein was driving a BMW and entered Highway 169 at 91st.

Hussein was going in the wrong direction driving northbound in the southbound lanes. She crashed head-on into a white car with two people inside. Investigators believe the white car had little to no time to avoid hitting the BMW, and all three people involved in the crash were killed on impact.

As officers arrived, an off-duty registered nurse was pulling two bodies out of the white car as it was beginning to burn. Officers arrived and assisted as the car was on fire. Next of kin for the two people in the white car has not yet been made.

The state medical examiner will do a toxicology report on all three crash victims. The crash is still under investigation at this time.
