$100,000 Winner on Money Multiplier Scratch-Off in Boardman

BOARDMAN, OHIO – Tareq Qutail of Boardman won $100,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Money Multiplier.  

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Qutail will receive $72,000. 
 
He purchased his winning ticket at Conroy’s Party Shop located at 3629 Glenwood Ave in Youngstown.
