TOWSON, MD – While some Marylanders had grilled burgers or steamed crabs on their Labor Day weekend menu, Powerball dished up a $50,000 third-tier winning ticket in the Saturday, Sept. 4 drawing.

The Maryland Lottery is looking for the lucky player who bought the $50,000 winning ticket at Towson Park Exxon located at 825 York Road in Towson. The winning numbers were 32, 35, 40, 52 and 54; the Powerball was 1 and the Power Play multiplier was x5. This was the 40th $50,000-winning Powerball ticket sold in Maryland in 2021.

Lottery officials encourage winner to sign the back of the ticket immediately and put it in a safe location. Players get 182 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.

Instructions on claiming prizes in person or by mail are available HERE. Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore.
