Delaware State Police Identify Victim in I-95 fatal crash

Newark, DE-Delaware State Police have identified the individual who died during a collision on I-95 Northbound north of DE-273 on September 6, 2021, as Ghana S. Sims, 27, of Philadelphia, PA.
