Scratch-off at Laundromat Gives $100,000 Sandy Springs Winner a Fresh Start

SANDY SPRINGS, MD – A Sandy Spring woman who visited a Silver Spring laundromat cleaned up, going home with a $100,000 top-prize scratch-off win.

The 76-year-old Montgomery County resident, who wished to remain anonymous, found Lottery luck waiting when she bought a $10 Bingo X10 4th Edition game at Aspen Hill Laundromat, located at 14021 Georgia Avenue. She revealed a revealed a “twist” on the eighth bingo card on her ticket to win the $100,000 top prize.

She left plenty of big prizes in this game, which arrived in stores in May and offers players eight chances to win. The Bingo X10 4th Edition game has four more unclaimed $100,000 top prizes along with a dozen $10,000 prizes. For its role in the player’s big win, the laundromat will receive a $1,000 bonus from the Lottery.
