Wanted: Suspect for Leaving the Scene Auto vs Pedestrian in North Philadelphia

On September 10 2021 at 3:17pm, a Leaving the Scene Auto vs Pedestrian Crash occurred. A Silver Chevy Cruze was traveling south on Mascher St and made a left turn onto the 100 block of Duncannon Ave when it impacted a pedestrian whom was crossing the roadway. The pedestrian sustained a broken femur and was transported to St Christopher’s Hospital.

The Silver Chevy was captured on video leaving the driveway of 5220 Mascher St right before the crash and was tracked to Tabor Rd and Rising Sun Ave. The vehicle has the two passenger widows covered up with plastic trash bags and also has prior damage to the right side.
