Suspect Sought in Jacksonville Shoe Carnival Larceny

JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA – The Jacksonville Police Department is asking your help to identify the man in the attached photo. He is a person of interest in a larceny that occurred at SHOE CARNIVAL on September 10, 2021

He is described as a white man in his late twenties – early thirties. The suspect appears to be of medium build and approximately five foot eleven to six foot tall. The suspect appears to have a partial sleeve tattoo on his left arm. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing a black ball cap (on backwards), an American flag styled face mask, a black t-shirt, blue pants and black shoes.
