Biden slams “misbehaved” U.S. Press and denies questions after meeting with Indian P.M. Modi

As President Joe Biden continues to meet with foreign leaders, he became more brazen in his attempt to silence the U.S. press. Last week, on several occasions, White House handlers ushered the press out of the oval office after Biden’s meetings with heads of state.

On Friday, Biden let it be known why he is barring the American press from asking questions.

President Joe Biden said to the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi that the “Indian press much better behaved” than the U.S. press and said to “not answer questions,” during his meeting with Narendra Modi in the White House on 9/24/2021.

Biden claimed the press will not ask questions on point, something he once cherished. Earlier in his presidency, Biden allowed access to the press when they asked him questions about his favorite flavor of ice cream and questions about his dogs.

Now, the press is asking the President tougher questions about ongoing debacles in his administration and the White House is in overdrive making sure the President doesn’t run off script.
