On September 18, 2021, at approximately 4:56 PM a complainant stated while working the cashier at the Chipotle located at 2337 Cottman Ave, she was instructed by her manager to close the store to customers and advise the waiting customers to order online due to staffing.

The complainant relayed the information to the waiting patrons when the offender who was accompanied by an unknown male, displayed a black firearm and asked to speak to a manager.

The complainant immediately pressed the security button to alert the mall security. The offender stated if someone doesn’t make her food she will be back and there will be a problem. The offender then placed the firearm back in her purse. A co-worker decided to make the offender’s order in an effort to have her leave. After making the order the offender displayed the firearm again and stated “somebody better give me my food”.

The offender took the food and fled the store in an unknown direction.

Worse, the woman removed her COVID-19 face mask in violation of Philadelphia law.
