Cleveland Woman Wins $50,000 on 40th Anniversary Millions Scratch-off

CLEVELAND, OHIO – Carrie Smith of Cleveland won $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, 40th Anniversary Millions.  

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Smith will receive $36,000. 
 
She purchased her winning ticket at Sheetz #357, located at 1281 W High Ave in New Philadelphia.  

40th Anniversary Millions is a $30 scratch-off with a top prize of $400,000 a year for 25 years. As of September 27, 2021, there is one top prize remaining in the game.
