The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating15 -year-old Missing Juvenile Amira C. Gaines. She was last seen on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021, on the 2400 block of 77th Ave.
She is 5’2″ 118lbs, small build, medium complexion, long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white graphic t-shirt, gray shorts and gray new balance sneakers. She has an oval birthmark on her right cheek of her face. She was last seen meeting an unknown male at the end of her block with a blue and white suitcase.
